REI Inner Circle Residential Group is hosting a one-day seminar to teach some proven
methods for real estate investing, even with today's trends.

Join us at this free workshop to expand your knowledge, increase your skills and improve
your confidence. This all day event will include relevant information on all three
foreclosure types.

Once you elevate your knowledge base, develop your skill sets and then raise your
confidence levels, it will become easier to take the needed actions to invest in real
estate. We are here to help support you to gain more knowledge, work on the skills you
need and then guide you when you take your action.

This one-day seminar is meant to demonstrate some proven methods for real estate
investing, even with today's trends. This all day event will cover the three most
relevant topics:

1) the different stages of foreclosure: Pre-foreclosures, Trustee Sale Auctions and REO's,

2) how to effectively communicate with homeowners to create and discover motivated sellers

3) understanding the cycle of real estate and being able to react with the appropriate
action plan for each market condition.
